If within 5 days after receiving your order you are not completely satisfied, please request a return code to return your purchase for a full refund -no questions asked.
Before returning for credit or exchange any merchandise please e mail to: wholesale@silverzeal.com for return or exchange code. Then just send back merchandise with provided code in its original condition and packaging to our address and we will gladly refund your money or exchange. Please write down your return code on front of package.
Please bear in mind that no returns will be processed without a return code. Packages received without a return code will be sent back without being opened.
Shipping costs of returns or exchanges will not be refunded.
